MINISTRY OF THE REVOLUTIONARY ARMED FORCES:

This leads, implements and controls the country's defense preparation, the defense of the state, the preparation and accomplishment of the armed struggle and the supply of war material.

VISION AND FUNCTIONS

It is the organization in charge of the administration, implementation and control of state and government policy concerning the preparation of the country for defense; the defense of state sovereignty, specially the national territory, including the territorial waters and airspace; the preparation and fulfillment of the armed struggle; and the hiring, purchase, production and use of war material to satisfy defense needs.  

It fulfills those obligations with the participation of the other state agencies and organizations, economic bodies, social institutions and citizens.  

STRUCTURE

It is made up of the administrative bodies of its central organization, armies, military units and other institutions and bodies.
