The Revolutionary Armed Forces have a structure, equipment and training
that guarantees the fulfillment of their combat missions and also permit the use
of their members in activities for the country's economic development and the
protection of the environment. They
are made up of regular troops and the
Territorial Troops Militias and
fulfill their missions during the armed struggle in cooperation with the bodies
and units of the Ministry of the Interior and the Production and Defense Brigades.
